What is a FertiPRO Fertilisation Plan?

A fertilisation plan is the technical document that defines how much fertiliser your crop needs, when to apply it and how — calculated with the real data from your plot: soil, water, rotation and production target.

Since January 2026 it is mandatory for most farms in Spain, and must be signed by a REGFER technician to be valid before the authorities.

What exactly is a FertiPRO subscription plan?
A plan corresponds to a plot and a growing season. FertiPRO generates the complete technical document: nutrient balance, application strategy, fertilizer selection, and report export. All within a guided workflow.

Do I need a soil test to get started?
It’s not required. If you don’t have your own test results, FertiPRO can work with data available via the official API (ITACyL) or with estimated values. The final report indicates whether the plan is based on actual or estimated data.

Is the generated report valid for government purposes?
Yes. The PDF includes plot data, analyses, a nutrient balance, a detailed application plan, and the information of the technician registered with REGFER. It is valid as supporting documentation for official agencies and certifying bodies, provided that the required fields indicated are filled out.

Is the amount already provided by the irrigation water deducted?
Yes. If you enter the water analysis results (NO₃, P, K), FertiPRO calculates the kilograms provided during the irrigation cycle and automatically subtracts them from the total dose.

Does FertiPRO detect whether my plot is located in a Nitrate-Vulnerable Zone?
Yes. NVZ detection is automatic. If your plot is located within a nitrate-vulnerable zone, FertiPRO applies the current legal limits and alerts you if the proposed plan exceeds them.

Can I reuse a plan from a previous campaign?
Yes. Plans are saved in your history. You can duplicate any previous plan and update only what has changed, without having to start from scratch for each campaign.

Does the price vary by hectare?
No. The engine uses the area associated with each plot, but the pricing model does not change based on hectares. What determines how many plans you need is the number of plots and growing seasons you want to plan for.
